Lumen's English Composition Offerings:

English Composition I develops students' critical reading, writing, and research skills at the college level.

English Composition I Corequisite covers the essentials of the writing process and provides scaffolded practice (through Writing Workshops) that enable student success in critical reading, writing, and research skills at the college level.

English Composition II is an expository writing course that helps students develop more advanced writing skills than English Composition I. The course also reviews and incorporates some of the same skills.
