Success Accelerator is a professional development program funded through USM OnTrack. It supports faculty with a community of practice and a faster path to effective teaching and learning using Lumen courseware.

• Explore and apply evidence-based teaching practices
• Enjoy mentoring, coaching, and support through a virtual peer community in a facilitated learning circle

Through USM OnTrack, Success Accelerator is available AT NO COST to faculty. After the initial 6-week program, it also includes:

• For the remainder of term: Connect with virtual peer community for ongoing dialogue and support
• Next term: Opt in to Lumen Circle Fellowship focused on a theme of their choice (e.g. online teaching; active learning; diversity, equity & inclusion, etc.)
• Certificate in Effective Teaching Practice

Education quality and consistency are common challenges in high-enrollment courses that rely heavily on part-time or adjunct faculty. Through OnTrack, Lumen offers a unique set of services that make adopting Lumen courseware a lighter lift for all.

Lumen's skilled learning designers work with departments and faculty using a master course model to implement Lumen courseware across large or high-enrollment courses with multiple sections. We collaborate with you to create a master course that fits your learning outcomes and course structure. 

Implement Master Course Model across Multiple Sections:

Provide adjunct instructors with a consistent, well-designed, ready-to-teach course. Lumen courseware works beautifully inside your LMS allowing you to easily implement master courses  across multiple sections with a simple course copy process.
